In the 12th year of the awards, the world’s most outstanding properties were identified in a variety of categories with Hotel Phoenicia being awarded the certificate of Excellence once again while ranking within Malta’s top 5 properties. Travelers’ Choice award winners were determined based on the reviews and opinions of millions of TripAdvisor travelers around the globe.
Expedia-owned specialist travel portal, Venere.com also awarded the Phoenicia with their Top Overall Ratings 2013. This award is exclusively determined by Venere users' feedback and only 5,000 properties out of 135,000 across the world have qualified for this prestigious award. In addition, the Expedia-owned site has also awarded the Hotel Phoenicia with its Top Clean 2013 award.
