Wine & Dine Event - Friday 14th December

"Drinking good wine with good food in good company is one of life's most civilized pleasures."--- Michael Broadbent This 14th December is a great opportunity to treat yourself, friends and loved ones to a great evening with some of the best food using mainly local produce and to compliment this some of the best local wines available. In collaboration with clubMarsovin and Marsovin, the Hotel Phoenicia is organising a Wine & Dine Event at the award winning Phoenix restaurant featuring some of the best DOK and Single Estate wines from the Marsovin range. A six course menu created by our award winning chefs will accompany these great wines.

Marsovin is a household name in Malta, synonymous with the production of premium wines. The roots of this well-earned status were planted almost a century ago when Chev. Anthony Cassar founded the company under the name of A&G Cassar, in 1919. Marsovin was incorporated in 1956 as a family-run company which grew to become a significant part of the history of wine-making in Malta.

Today, Marsovin owns 199.7 tumoli of land which make up their five Estates, testimony to Marsovin’s commitment to the culture of wine. These Estates, in Malta and Gozo, are owned by Marsovin and the Cassar family and are specifically intended for the production of premium quality, single-estate wines
