The Phoenix Restaurant at the 5 star Hotel Phoenicia takes you on a culinary journey of creative cuisine - a cuisine which will inspire even the most discerning palate.
The Phoenix offers an elegant yet relaxed ambience together with spectacular views over the Phoenicia Gardens and Marsamxett Harbour from its romantic terrace open during the warmer months. The Phoenix terrace is open from May to October for those clients who prefer to dine al fresco.
Seasonally changing a la carte menus offer international cuisine with special attention given to selected ingredients. New cooking techniques, local produce and fresh grown herbs from our garden are the hallmark of the restaurant. This, together with excellent service, ensures that a real treat awaits you.
The buffet breakfast is without question the ultimate start to the day where you can enjoy an extensive selection from the hot and cold buffets freshly prepared every morning.
