On Thursdays, we give way to our Maltese Specialities at the Phoenix Restaurant in Valletta with traditional local dishes including favourites like rabbit stew and slow-cooked loin of local grown pork coupled with local wine showing off the best of Maltese wines as well as a selection of old and new world classics.
Price is €33 per adult, for food only or €39 per person inclusive of free flowing wine and water. Children under 6 years eat free and children between 6 to 12 years old eat at €16.50 – food only.
Please note that during some dates in the winter months we offer a Maltese Table D’Hôte menu instead of a buffet.
