Should you find a lower rate on another website for the same room type, on the same board basis (i.e. room only, bed & breakfast or half board), and on the same dates (i.e. same length of stay), prior to or within 24 hours of making a reservation on www.phoeniciamalta.com, and we guarantee that we will match that rate PLUS we will give you a further 10% discount.

• The Phoenicia Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to discounted rates for senior citizens, discounted airline rates, travel industry rates, corporate rates, Government & Diplomatic rates, etc…
• Rates found on "opaque" or auction sites, including sites where the hotel brand and the specific hotel are not known until the booking is made, are not included or eligible for this guarantee. Also, printable coupons found on websites are also not valid source of comparison.
• The Phoenicia Best Rate Guarantee is calculated based on the comparison of the rate of the original hotel booking with the competing rate in the same currency.
• The Phoenicia Best Rate Guarantee claim must be submitted by the person who made the reservation within 24 hours of making the booking.
• If the lower rate on another travel website can be verified to our satisfaction, we will match the rate shown PLUS give you 10% discount if you book with us.
