As it was coming into the good weather season again, Shaun wanted to create something light and refreshing, something that would be enjoyed by all – like E&D magazine! He thought about something which the Maltese could identify with and the abundance of citrus fruits was a obvious one! The Limes & the Mint were picked fresh from the garden of the Phoenicia and form the backbone of the cocktails refreshing qualities, the cucumber added a different twist and the gin and ginger ale lengthen the enjoyment.
