Although the current pandemic has certainly changed things for us, we have still strived to deliver the impeccable, five-star service guests have come to expect from us. And the best way to know that we have succeeded, apart from big smiles on our guests’ faces, are awards based on reviews and referrals from those who have stayed with us over the past year or so.
Indeed, we are delighted to announce that we are the recipients of not one, but three such awards in recent weeks.
These are, namely:
- the British Airways Holidays Customer Excellence Award 2019, for which unbiased customer reviews rated us at 9.2 out of 10;
- the Trip Advisor’s 2020 Travellers’ Choice Award, for which we were given an ‘excellent’ certification of 4.5 stars out of five;
- and the Hotels.com Loved by Guests Award 2020, for which past guests gave us a 9.6 rating out of 10.
