Personality & Role Profile
You are an energetic and charismatic person thriving to provide a superb level of service to all your guests. you will ensure a smooth running of the assigned station and that the standards are maintained throughout service and all reasonable guest requests are met.
The ultimate goal of all our staff is to ensure that our guests enjoy their visit to The Phoenicia so much that by the time they leave they are already planning to come back.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensuring seamless service at all times.
- Providing intuitive service, to create exceptional service experiences that result in lasting memories,
- Creating genuine emotional bonds with guests, in order to build loyalty and create genuinely exceptional memories.
