Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious individual to join the Food and Beverage Service Team. As Food & Beverage Attendant, you will ensure the smooth running of the assigned station, that the standards are maintained throughout service, and that all reasonable guest requests are met.
The ultimate goal of all our staff is to ensure that our guests enjoy their visit to The Phoenicia Malta so much so that by the time they leave, they are already planning their next visit.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensuring seamless service at all times.
- Providing intuitive service, to create exceptional experiences that result in lasting memories.
- Creating honest emotional bonds with guests, in order to build loyalty and create genuinely exceptional memories.
