Personality & Role Profile
You are an energetic and charismatic person thriving to provide a superb level of service to all your guests. You will deliver a welcoming experience by taking care of guests’ bookings, greeting, seating and bid them farewell in our Food and Beverage outlets.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle booking system efficiently and keep guest’s profiles updated
- Provide guests with up to date and accurate information on the outlet and hotel
- Be aware of future booking constraints at all times
- Have a good knowledge of all food and drinks offered
- Co-ordinate large bookings with the Manager
- Greet warmly incoming and departing guests
- Engage naturally with guests
Desirable Experience, Qualifications, & Attributes
- Excellent guest service skills and attention to details
- Ability to work under pressure and unsupervised
- A high standard of personal presentation
- Confident, professional and welcoming personality
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
- Availability to work in shifts as needed
- Hands-on experience with cash and ideally with Micros Simphony point of sale
- Holds a local Food Handling License in accordance with the Food Safety Commission of Malta.
