Job Description 

To provide face and body beauty treatments as assigned according to bookings and support at the main Spa reception desk. Ensuring the well-being of our guests whilst respecting hygiene and treatment protocols. Proactive customer service by providing the best advice on beauty products and all Spa facilities and services.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers with a courteous and warm attitude
  • Have a neat and discreet presentation, professional and accessible
  • Communicate with guests and colleagues through phone and emails
  • Take reservations and book accordingly in the booking system
  • Ensures that all services conform to the criteria of the hotel in respect of LQA and Deep Nature standards
  • Assist in the opening and closing as per procedure of the Spa, treatment and fitness rooms
  • Organise and prepare the treatment rooms as per procedures, ensuring all is in order and well stocked
  • Perform facial and body treatments according to the protocols well defined by Deep Nature brand
  • Run on a regular basis cosmetics products inventory (for sales and treatments)
  • Become fully knowledgeable about all Deep Nature beauty products available for sale
  • Sale of products and services using the Spa point of sale system
  • Build professional relationship with guests and members
  • Create a positive experience to all guests and members that will have a lasting memory
  • Keep up to date with health and safety protocols issued by the company and ensures that these are followed at all times

Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position ideally in a luxury Spa
  • Qualified in spa treatment
  • Qualified in basic first aid
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office suite
  • A good team spirit and team working
  • A good listening and communication
  • Dynamism, flexible, and displays high level of commitment
  • Proficiency in English (written & spoken) and preferably fluent in another language, ideally French, German or Italian
