On the 26th of February, The Phoenicia Malta together with Charles Grech & Co. Ltd., will present the second edition of a dining experience with the island’s 6 Michelin-starred restaurants. An evening with Malta’s finest chefs, all in the name of charity.

‘Dine with the Stars’ features a 6-course dinner, whereby each restaurant will present one tantalising dish. Using mainly locally sourced ingredients, each course will be paired with a fine wine courtesy of Charles Grech. This event will provide guests with the unique opportunity to appreciate the talent and creativity of each Maltese Michelin-starred restaurant, all under one roof.
The evening will get underway with a welcome Champagne and canapes and then proceeding to Contessa for dinner.

This exclusive event is limited to 88 guests only and the set-up will comprise of tables of eight, nine and ten. Guests may book an entire table, or in the case of couples or smaller groups, these will be accommodated with other diners.

‘Dine with the Stars’ is a charity initiative in aid of the Malta Community Chest Fund.
