The Essentials
• Wi-Fi: High-speed complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, including the pool and gardens. Please contact the Guest Service Centre (Ext. 0) or Reception for login details.
• Check-Out: Our standard check-out time is 12:00hrs. For late check-out requests, please contact Reception (Ext. 4001); availability is subject to a fee.
• Digital Keys: Your privacy is paramount; no personal data is stored on your electronic key card

Contessa - Inspired by the grand cafes of Europe, serving an international buffet breakfast and a refined à la carte lunch and dinner.

• Dinner: 19:00 – 22:00
Bars & Lounges
• Palm Court Lounge: Coffee, afternoon tea, and light snacks (08:30 – 22:30).
• The Club Bar: Cocktails, spirits, cigars, and light bites (17:00 – 01:00).
In-Room Dining Available 24 hours a day. Please refer to the menu in your room. A service charge of €5.00 applies per person/order. (Ext. 0).
Wellness & Recreation
• The Pool: Our outdoor pool is heated during winter. Pool towels are provided at the Pool Bar; please refrain from using room towels on the deck.
• Hair & Beauty: Our salon is located next to the Spa and is open Monday to Saturday (09:00 – 17:00). (Ext. 0).
• Golf: Tee times at the Marsa Golf Club (8km away) can be arranged via the Concierge (Ext. 4003).
Curated Experiences
Our Concierge (Ext. 4003) is available 24/7 to open the doors to Malta.
• Transfers & Tours: Private limousines, airport transfers (11km), and tailored island excursions.
• Valletta & Beyond: Maps of the city and the island are available at the desk.
• Shopping: Valletta’s boutiques are a short stroll away (Mon-Sat 09:00–19:00; Sun 09:00–13:00).

• Housekeeping: For extra pillows, toiletries, or evening turndown, contact the Guest Service Centre (Ext. 0).
• Laundry & Pressing: Same-day service is available for items collected before 09:00 (Mon-Sat). Express laundry (delivered by 14:30) incurs a 50% surcharge. (Ext. 0).
• Valet: Professional valet service is available daily (09:00 – 18:00). (Ext. 4030).
Safety & Security
• Medical Assistance: A doctor is on call 24/7 (private fees apply). (Ext. 0).
• Valuables: While we provide in-room safes, we recommend using the hotel’s main safety deposit boxes for high-value items.
• Emergency & Fire: In case of fire, dial 0. Do not use elevators; follow the exit plan on your room door to the assembly point at the square across from the hotel.
• Smoking: The Phoenicia is a smoke-free indoor property. Please ask our team for directions to designated outdoor smoking areas.
