For guests making new reservations for any future arrival date, cancellations are permitted at no charge up to 72 hours before 15:00 hours on the day prior to arrival.

The new cancellation policy applies to new bookings with accommodation rates having a flexible cancellation policy. Late cancellation fee is 1 night and in case of a no show or an early departure the penalty fee is 100% of the full stay.
Terms and conditions:
- Blackout dates may apply.
- No prepayment is required on confirmation of the booking.
- Free cancellation when cancelled 3 days prior arrival before 15:00 hotel local time. Any late cancellations will be charged a penalty of 1 night. In case of a no show or an early departure a full stay charge will apply.
- VAT of 7% is included in the rate.
- ECO tax is not included and it is payable upon checkout.
- Offers can be withdrawn and/or amended at any time.
