• This offer is available for stays between 1st June and 31st August 2021.
• Blackout dates may apply, and the offer can be withdrawn at any time.
• Offer is applicable on Executive room category.
• Bookings must be for double occupancy and for a period of 5 nights.
• Due to Covid-19 restrictions, pre-booking is required for Deep Nature Spa and fitness access. Maximum 1hr fitness sessions and 2hrs access to the indoor pool, salt room and multi jets showers. Steam room and sauna currently unavailable.
• This is a non-commissionable offer. Travel agents may not avail themselves from this offer and are not eligible to book on behalf of the guest.
• Offer is not applicable for group bookings.
• To participate in these offers, guests agree to allow their basic information to be forwarded/used by The Phoenicia Malta and the Malta Tourism Authority (MTA) for audit purposes. No information shall be forwarded to any third party and you shall not be receiving any advertising or promotional information by agreeing to this clause.

• The value committed by the MTA scheme is offered in terms of free nights on room only basis when booking this offer and no cash is handed out in case the free nights are not utilised.
• Guests will pay for 3 nights at the Best Available Rate (i.e. not at the rate available from other promotions) and the reservation must be for a minimum 5 nights. Minimum and maximum length of stay restrictions may apply.
• Additional nights are charged at the Best Available Rate at that time and no other promotions will apply to the Best Available Rate.
• For clarification purpose, Best Available Rate refers to the rate described as ‘Best Available Rate’ and not the lowest available rates through other promotions.
• This offer is on room only basis. Free nights are on room only basis and breakfast for the entire stay is available at a supplement per night.
• Room upgrades are available at a supplement equivalent to the difference between booked room category and next room category based on the Best Available Rate and not the difference between room categories based on other promotions available at that time.
• A valid airline ticket may need to be shown upon check in, with arrival date and departure date that correspond with the booked dates at the hotel. Failure to provide this information, free nights will be chargeable at the Best Available Rate on that day.
• Leaders Club member may not avail themselves from this offer. Leaders Club member must book through LHW channel. Leaders Club benefits will not apply with this promotion.
• This is a limited time offer and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
• Free cancellation when cancelled 1 day prior arrival before 15:00 hotel local time. Any late cancellations will be charged a penalty of 1 night. In case of a no show or an early departure a full stay charge will apply.
• Offer applies to new bookings only as of 27th April 2021.
• VAT of 7% is included in the rate.
• ECO tax is not included and it is payable upon checkout.
