Elegant and chic decor paired with delicious, unforgettable dishes
The chic colonial décor combines wooden ceiling fans, ornamental chandeliers and beautiful flower arrangements. The superbly spacious outdoor terrace affords spectacular panoramic views overlooking landscaped gardens, historic bastions and the Marsamxett harbour. Expect exceptional service, a refined atmosphere and an extraordinary menu. Our Executive Chef Daniel Debattista, who trained under Andrew Fairley at Gleneagles, takes full advantage of the wonderful island produce, always incorporating the freshest, local ingredients.

A café with a twist with its mouth-watering menu and farm-to-table mindset, uses local ingredients wherever possible. Whether it is our carpaccio with local tomatoes, grilled calamari, mushroom risotto or the all-time favourite beef burger, every dish has been thoughtfully created to express the best possible flavours. Be it coffee or a glass of Prosecco, a working lunch or a relaxed dinner, sit back on the terrace enjoying the views over the Triton Square, and watch the world go by.

An elegant and peaceful hideaway perfect for a cup of tea or coffee
Sitting at the heart of hotel is the Palm Court Lounge with its comfy sofas and welcoming décor. It is the perfect place to relax with a coffee and heavenly homemade pastry. Indulge in the famous Afternoon Tea – The Classic, Gluten-Free or even the Vegan option. Enjoy a selection of finger cut sandwiches, freshly baked scones with Devonshire clotted cream and strawberry preserve, also an irresistible selection of pastries and teacakes, all freshly prepared. A choice of 14 different types of JING loose-leaf tea are available, and why not add some extra sparkle to the occasion with a glass of Champagne.

CLUB BAR
A gathering place,
a watering hole,
a timeless drinking den for socialites and stars.
Originally opened in 1952, the vintage photos found on the walls of this classic cocktail bar harp back to Malta’s past, but it is bought bang up to date with a menu which showcases cool cocktails alongside all the classics: champagne, brandy, whisky, cognac.
The Club Bar recently reopened its doors following a collaboration with one of Malta’s finest designers, Luke Azzopardi; a collaboration which brought a new lease of life to this classic bar.
With its own terrace and uplifting views this is ideal place to unwind at the end of the day and soak up the surrounding charm of Valletta.
