Please note that our treatment rooms at Deep Nature Spa will be closed for maintenance works from the 15th - 19th November 2021. During this time, we are unable to offer any spa treatments. The Phoenicia Malta Management
Guests can choose to relax in the spa area which includes an indoor pool, Himalayan salt room, sauna, steam room, and multi-jet showers, or work out in the fitness centre with its extensive fitness equipment.
Daily opening hours 7 am till 8 pm.
Access for children under 16 years is between 7 am and 10 am.

Treatments are available every day between 10 AM and 8 PM.

At the Phoenicia Spa & Wellness, you will enjoy modern facilities such as our Himalayan salt room, sauna, steam room, multi-jet showers, and heated indoor pool.
We are open 7 days a week including public holidays from 7 AM – 8 PM.
Bookings are required.
FITNESS
CENTRE
Our exclusive fitness centre is available with state-of-the-art equipment needed for weightlifting and cardio. The fitness centre is open from 7 AM – 8 PM and 24/7 for residents of the hotel. Booking is required.
Yoga and personal training sessions are available on request.

Since your pampering session shouldn’t end at the spa, we offer a range of skin care products you can take home with you. Our three brands are Korres, AROCELL™ and tHermoCEUTICAL®.

Health and Safety
The health and safety of our guests, as well as our team, is a top priority at Phoenicia Spa & Wellness. To ensure this, we have rigorous disinfection procedures in place:
- Hand sanitising gel is available at the spa entrance and is to be used before entering the area.
- Changing room facilities are available and equipped with the necessary sanitising products. All guests are required to shower prior to each spa treatment.
- Kindly place your towel down before sitting on any surfaces of the spa and fitness facilities.
Guests are asked to make use of the bathrobe and slippers provided in their bedrooms. Towels will be given at the spa.
Cancellation policy
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your spa treatment, we request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to avoid a 50% charge. The same terms apply to a no-show. Please understand that late arrivals to an appointment may result in lost treatment time unless our schedule enables us to offer you the full service.
